Leonardo DiCaprio and Israeli supermodel Bar Refaeli spend their New Year’s together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Thursday (January 1).
The couple was accompanied by a few friends, including Entourage star Kevin Dillon (white shirt), Rande Gerber (gray board shorts, Cindy Crawford’s husband) and Leo’s BFF, actor Lukas Haas (fedora). David Arquette took a small break from his wife Courteney Cox to also hang with the boys.
Leo’s latest film Revolutionary Road, is up for a Golden Globe for best picture. The ceremony will be telecast live at The Beverly Hilton next Sunday, January 11 @ 8PM ET/PT on NBC.

Bar Refaeli Might Be 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition Cover Model

Israeli model Bar Refaeli, who is Leonardo DiCaprio’s main squeeze, may be the cover girl for Sports Illustrated’s 2008 swimsuit issue next February. That’s the buzz in the N.Y. Post, anyway, because she was in Israel last week being photographed for the mag by fashion photog Raphael Mazzucco, and because Refaeli (she sometimes spells it Rafaeli, it seems) is apparently the only model he’s shooting in more than one country.
She, and all the rest of this year’s crop of babes, will be in front of his lens this month in the Virgin Islands.

Refaeli began her modeling career before the age of one. By the age of fifteen she was featured in campaigns for the fashion brands Castro and Pilpel, also starring in a commercial for Milki.
Refaeli won the title "Model of The Year" in a beauty contest in 2000 and 2001. She was also chosen to be the home model of Renuar fashion network and appeared in their summer 2002 and winter 2003 catalogues.
She was cast for fashion production abroad, among them Dim, and appeared in the French ELLE magazine. She is the first Israeli model to be featur
ed in Sports Illustrated magazine; the same picture was later published on the cover of Maxim.

Bar appeared in a September 2007 Paris-Match issue where she was interviewed by reporter Caroline Mangez. The six-page article had many pictures and an interview about Bar's life in Israel, her family and her work.
She also appeared on the cover of Tatler magazine for the October 2007 issue. Refaeli will star in an English language film named Session directed by Israeli director Haim Buzaglo.
